Clutter-Free Meeting is an updated meeting setting which is developed to maximize productivity for guests.
There are 3 components for setup of Clutter-Free Meeting:
Supply Station: All meeting supplies can be found at the supply station. A basic supply station provides double-sided meeting pads, pens, water and White Tea mints.
Meeting Table: For maximum productivity, the table is set up to provide attendees with as much table space as possible.
Supply Station Upgrade Option: Upgrade option is also available for up-sell to meeting planners.
By organizing the selected on brand supplies and centralizing the supplies nearby supply station (well within reach), guests will have as much table space as possible for their own things
